To defeat a drone in the day, you must be able to hear it, if it is too high you are in trouble.
A. If it is low enough for you to hear then the digital camo works very well. Stay 100% still until it flies away.
B. At night, against thermal imaging you can defeat the system by hiding.
1. Go to a surplus store and buy two camo nylon blankets called “Woobies” in whatever matching camo pattern you like (he will know what you mean.) A can of flat spray paint can help you change the color pattern to fit your particular surroundings. Just spray it the same color as the ground around where you live. An 8 foot camo tarp from harbor freight will work just as well and be rain proof.
2. Then buy some of those thermal emergency blankets ( they look like heavy tin foil) and have some seamstress sew the aluminum blankets to the back of the woobies and the two woobies sewn together with a hole in the middle like a poncho, for your head. the Aluminum blankets go inside the woobies against your body. make sure it is quilted so you dont tear up the Aluminum on your gear. If you do a "hole" of light will appear to the drone right through your poncho and they will see you.
3. Thermal imaging sees heat, this will reduce your IR signature to a minimum. If you have to move, move very slowly, (you do not want to sweat) because the blankets and pancho are going to be hot.
4. Your heat singature will be small like the size of a rabbit. If you can stand to just sit and wait, that is probably the best advice, just sit down and make sure verything it covered byt the woobie poncho. The loiter time (how long a drone can hang around over you is close to 8 hours) so I recommend just taking a nap.
5. Make sure any weapons you are carrying are under the pancho, or they will see them and fire on you.
6. Buy tent seem sealing glue and run it down the seems to keep the whole thing water proof.
7. A single Woobie will work for a child.
8. The Aluminum blankets must be seemless (no cracks that can be seen from above) ot the ir "shine" will "light you up" to the drone and they can almost see your face from 2-3 miles.

Not perfect but it is the best you can do. If the Bird is high and scanning they will not pick you up. If it is flying low and on high scan it will see you. If you are purposefully eluding you must be 10 meters from each other or the ECR (effective casualty radius) of the weapons the armed drones use will kill you with one shot. That makes movement at night very very hard.
Your best bet is to scream bloody murder to your scummy senators, congress men/women, fire any sheriff, DA, and all law enforcement who are willing to assualt you…Vote out everyone involved and fire the rest… before they actually do.
