Bundy Ranch: What You’re Not Being Told

cliven bundy

The Bundy Ranch standoff captivated the nation and emboldened everyday Americans to stand up to the federal government.

On this week’s Off The Grid Radio, we interview family member Ryan Bundy, who tells us why his father Cliven Bundy has refused to budge – and whether the family believes a federal SWAT team raid is eminent. Bundy also tells us:

  • The simple action the family wants taken that could restore constitutional principles nationwide.
  • Why the conventional wisdom over public land is all wrong.
  • What the Bundy Ranch controversy represents in a larger dispute over the role of the federal government.

One former Arizona sheriff believes the feds are strategizing for a raid on the ranch. US Senator Harry Reid said plainly, “It’s not over.” Bundy says it all can end peacefully, and he tells us how. But will it? Listen as Off The Grid Radio provides unfiltered access to the Bundys.

  1. I hear that this solar plant that was connected to Reid had been shut down back in June of last year and that the actual site for the plant was 20 miles away from Bundys ranch. What I see here is that one individual decided to stop recognizing the federal government but still reaps the benefits from said federal government. He is no better than the individual who is healthy enough for work but stays at home and collects welfare.

    • James, please do us all a favor and put your head back in the sand.
      We thank you.

    • James, that was the most rediculously stupid comment I have ever heard. Surely you are not that naive. The Federal Government is out to destroy the Constitution of the United States and run over anyone who resist in the process, and that includes you so get a clue Mr.Pridmore.

  2. I hear that the proposed solar plant that was connected to Reid had been shut down back in June of last year and that the actual site for the project was 20 miles from the ranch. This is one individual who has decided not to recognize the federal government but still reaps the benefits from said federal government.

    • James, you need to get your hearing checked. google the terms Bundy mitigation..

    • James you definitely need to research the Bundy ranch issue because the sit-rep is far from what your stating in your understanding. Bundy is no leech and the Govt is most certainly misrepresenting the real issue of govt. over-reach and over-reaction. The money in dispute is being withheld over misuses of funds by the BLM and having not told the truth on the issue. There is much more at stake here than can be stated in this forum so I’ll leave it up to you if you desire to find the facts. Yes I am a supporter of the Bundys and others that have gone to help…

      • only have one question.. does Bundy owe money for feeding his cows on government land ? From what I understand, many cattle ranchers pay for doing this.. What makes Bundy above the others as far as our laws are concerned.? Does he or does he not owe 1million dollars for doing so?

  3. I think Bundy is a hero. The federal government is out of control tramping on the rights of citizens. We have a president who ignores the laws on illegal aliens, sicks the IRS on groups that do not support his politics, frees terrorists, and ignores the OBAMACARE laws he and the democrats dumped on the American people. If laws don’t apply to the president and his cronies, they mean nothing to the rest of us.

  4. Thanks Ryan You will be in our prayers. God Bless America, its people like you that make America what it is in Gods site.

  5. The bumper sticker; “I love my country but fear my government”, takes on new impetus every day. We are a constitutional republic but you would not know that from the actions of our government. “Never let a good crisis go to waste”, especially
if it was created. Wake up folk, it ain’t the fifties’ anymore.

  6. I was there and let me tell you it was ALL about the reids, hairy and his sob (intentional). The feds and this admin are WAYYYYY out of control. It looks like I’ll be fighting another war if the isn’t stopped and now. It was a great victory because we outnumbered them by a great margin and they did not want to die that day. But we must be vigilant. FREEDOM AND LIBERTY FOREVER.

This is the first time that I’ve written something that was refused because i wrote to fast! I guess the workers of haShatan didn’t like what i was writing. So i’ll say it again, HARRY RIED SUCKS!!! But i’m a Believer and my Brother says; Mat 5:43 “You heard that it was said,1 ‘You shall love your neighbour and hate your enemy.’ Footnote: 1Hate your enemy was “said,” not “written.”
Mat 5:44 “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those cursing you, do good to those hating you, and pray for those insulting you and persecuting you,
Mat 5:45 so that you become sons of your Father in the heavens. Because He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.1 Footnote: 1Lk. 6:35, Acts 14:16-17.

  8. I 100% agree the government is out-of-control and too big. However, there has to be laws and we, the citizens, have to abide by the laws. Our God requires us to submit to authority. We can vote the wrong people out of office. ALL AMERICANS OWN the public lands, not the government, and not the Bundy’s. If people decided to stop paying their rightful rent on taxpayer-owned land, things would be chaotic.

Not only that, the government only charges a fraction of the true market rent for ranchers to graze their cattle. How convenient for the Bundy’s to come up with their justification. This is a load of crap. So, pay up Bundy’s!

I was in a struggling tech company and there was NO government welfare for us. Subsidized, cheap rents are a form of welfare. Also, agriculture recipients gets tons of subsidies annually. Some may be justified, but overall it’s sheer taxpayer abuse, but they are a strong political lobby.

  9. This land does not belong to the Harry Reid or his sons …they have no right selling it to the Chinese for pennies on the dollar. This abuse of our citizens and their rights must stop. America can still be the land of the free if we are willing to stand up for it.

  10. It is enough to say harry reid is a nut job and second most accomplished liar in government right behind obama.

Government is inherently corrupt. Without enforceable oversight it will become extremely corrupt (it now is getting to that point) because the proposed checks and balances no longer work or are no longer imposed or are blocked as is happening with the current administration, therefore, it will soon devour everything in its path. Individuals mean nothing to government. Only the collective and the first signs are when it, government, begins speaking only about the collective while it no longer supports individual rights somewhat as the current government is doing. The affordable healthcare act is an excellent example. Single votes mean nothing to politicians only large blocks of voters. Just one of the reasons union support is so seriously sought. But America was founded and based on individualism. Therefore, the influence on and conflict with liberties should be evident to all.

Unless something is done soon in some way to cleanse (purge) both the voting system (which encourages fraudulent criminal activity) and the money acquisition (which does the same) within the system what our election system has evolved into will never get better only worse. Perhaps donations should be legal only during primary elections and none allowed legally for general elections. In other words no longer an option. Could that in some way assure the best man wins and not the richest? Or the one with the richest friends.

  11. It is not public land any more. When we are in debt to foreign countries, do they loan us the money out of the goodness of their hearts? (Considering there is no goodness in the upper echelon of governments anywhere!) No. They as for collateral. Natural resources, land (why do you think that our “leaders” sign so much land over?) We are screwed. Our last honorable president was George Washington….

  12. Could people start calling their federal representatives to have Reid brought before a Senate Ethics Comity please.
