Advice On Buying A Horse

Always go and get the horse yourself. If it is hard to catch in the pasture it will be no fun. Also, see how it does with children even if you need to borrow some to take with you. Always get a vet check. Make sure you pick up all of its feet and walk around it petting all over. Ask if there are any quirks or things the horse doesn’t like.

I didn’t realize how much money it would cost to maintain a horse. They are big animals, so they probably eat a lot. Still, it could be a great investment. My girls love horses, and they want to compete in riding, so maybe I will have to look into it a little more.
