Even More Frost-Tolerant Vegetables You Can Plant

Hi! I read your article on “Frost-tolerant vegetables you should be planting right now,” and your list is pretty good. I’d like to add kale to that list, though. I planted kale weeks ago, almost two months before the last frost date, and it’s already germinated and growing well.

Haven’t tried it, but I’ve heard parsnips can also be planted fairly early. That’s good news as they tend to require a lot of growth time.
