God’s Miracle Dust Useful for Bedbugs?

Dear Editor,

I recently received and advertisement for “God’s Miracle Dust.” It sounds like just the thing that I need for my garden, but can you tell me if this diatomaceous earth is good for bedbugs as well?

SC

Dear SC,

Absolutely! With international travel as prevalent as it is, bedbug infestations are at an all-time high. Bedbugs love to live in nooks and crannies, so you’ll want to make sure you’re dusting in the right places. Some of those areas include behind baseboards, around door and window casings, in the seams and creases of mattresses, under night stands and drawers, and between the folds of draperies, to name a few spots.

There is a 3-step approach to getting rid of bedbugs which is full outlined at this site. https://www.badbedbugs.com/bed-bug-dust/ God’s Miracle Dust is the food-grade diatomaceous earth that is discussed in this article. The whole website is very informative and well worth the read if you’re plagued with a bedbug infestation.

I have used diatomaceous earth in my garden and have found it to be effective at repelling garden insects and pests. I highly recommend it as a natural alternative to chemical pesticides.

Thanks for writing!
