How To Avoid MSG
I have to avoid [MSG] at all costs or it feels like my intestines have turned themselves inside out. I read labels and when I go out to eat, I stay away from recipes that use canned sauces, salad dressings (honey mustard is usually okay) seasoning on meats, canned or frozen soups. … Most people do not react to MSG and they have a difficult time understanding what people go through who do.
If you eat real food, you don’t have to worry about it. Support your local farmer!
I’m allergic to MSG so I have to buy non-MSG food. Or better yet, EAT ORGANIC!!!!!!
