Mush in 5 years? Realities of Long term food storage

OK yes, someone DID actually make the ridiculous statement that “rice will turn to mush in 5 years” of storage….. Yes it was someone new that thought they knew what they were talking about – they obviously don’t and need to just sit on the sidelines and LEARN before playing “speaker” and expert.
