What if the government announced new educational standards intended to make the nation’s children smarter, but they ended up doing exactly the opposite?
That’s exactly what critics of the Common Core State Standards initiative say is happening, and that’s the subject of this week’s edition of Off The Grid Radio. William Estrada of the Home School Legal Defense Association tells us what’s wrong with Common Core and what we can do to fight its implementation at the local level.
