The list of alleged crimes is extensive and severe. Among the charges listed in the referrals are murder, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide, assault, reckless endangerment, kidnapping, and even terrorism.
Prosecutors are being urged to investigate not only Fauci but a broad array of former health officials and hospital administrators.
The referrals include over 80 victim testimonies, detailing cases of people who died or suffered severe injuries allegedly tied to pandemic-era decisions. These include deaths related to vaccine complications, denial of early treatment options like ivermectin, and forced compliance with controversial hospital protocols.

In addition to Fauci, the criminal complaints name other prominent figures from the pandemic response team, including:

Hospital system administrators and care providers in Arizona and Pennsylvania are also being investigated as part of this sweeping effort.

Proponents of the effort insist that justice must begin at the state and local level, pointing to what they call a glaring lack of action by federal agencies. They argue that thousands of Americans were harmed or lost loved ones because of decisions made by these officials—and that the law should apply to them just as it does to everyone else.
Two county-level investigations are reportedly already in progress, giving further momentum to this grassroots legal effort.
Fauci Returns to the Spotlight with New Warnings
As these criminal referrals make headlines, Dr. Fauci, who has identified himself as science personified, has reemerged in the media promoting his new book and warning about the “next pandemic.”
Speaking recently at the New Orleans Book Festival, Fauci claimed that another highly contagious respiratory virus is on the horizon—one he predicts will bring “a significant degree of morbidity.”
