A second undercover video released Tuesday seems to show a top Planned Parenthood official discussing the sale of tissue from aborted babies, even joking that she wants “a Lamborghini” for compensation.
Marry Gatter, the president of the Medical Directors’ Council for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, is seen at a restaurant in the video chatting with people she believes are potential buyers of fetal tissue.
Planned Parenthood receives about $540 million in federal and state funds each year, Off The Grid News recently reported. It performs more than 300,000 abortions annually.
The video is the second released by the Center for Medical Progress, a group of self-described “citizen journalists” its website says is “dedicated to monitoring and reporting on medical ethics and advances.”
“What would you expect for intact tissue?” an actress posing as a buyer for a fake company called Biomax Procurement Services asks Gatter over a meal. “What sort of compensation?”

“Well why don’t you start by telling what you are used to paying?” Gatter replies.
The buyer responded, “I’d like to hear, I would like to know, what would make you happy? What would work for you?”
“Well,” Gatter responds, “you know in negotiations the person who throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?”

The two go back and forth, with Gatter saying she does not want “to lowball.” Finally she suggests, “$75 a specimen.”
“We don’t want to be in a position of being accused of selling tissue, and stuff like that,” Gatter says. “On the other hand, there are costs associated with the use of our space, and that kind of stuff, so what were you thinking about?”
The two eventually agree to $100 per “specimen” as long as it’s high quality.
The disturbing videos shows Gatter continually referring to aborted babies as “specimens.” The video was recorded in February of this year.
Selling fetal tissue is illegal. Federal law specifically says, “It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration.”
A number of organizations, including Focus on the Family’s CitizenLink, have called for de-funding Planned Parenthood. CitizenLink set up a link where constituents can email their representatives and senators.
Like the first video by the Center for Medical Progress, this new video also shows the Planned Parenthood official discussing ways to dismember the baby in the womb and deliver intact “parts.” Gatter tells the group that she’ll talk to the Planned Parenthood doctor “about using a ‘less crunchy’ technique to get more whole specimens.”
Gatter noted that the contract must say “exactly what the compensation is.”

“And are we agreed that $100 would keep you happy?” the buyer says.
“Well,” Gatter responds, “let me agree to find out what other affiliates in California are getting, and if they’re getting substantially more, then we can discuss it then.”
She jokes at the end, laughing, and “I want a Lamborghini.”

“Planned Parenthood’s top leadership admits they harvest aborted baby parts and receive payments for this,” Center for Medical Project’s David Daleiden said in a press release. “Planned Parenthood’s only denial is that they make money off of baby parts, but that is a desperate lie that becomes more and more untenable as CMP reveals Planned Parenthood’s business operations and statements that prove otherwise.”
