Reader: No-Knock Raids Unconstitutional

Editor’s note: To read the story referenced, “Innocent Grandfather Mistakes SWAT Team For Burglars – And Gets Killed,” click here.

There are no lawful “no-knock raids” for any reason here in the USA. The US Constitution, Bill of Rights FORBIDS them.

Amendment IV: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Just think if the home owner who was killed, had blasted a couple of the armed invaders as they busted in the door killing them, then after it was figured out later what was going on, instead of the deceased man getting killed by the deputies, he would be on his way to either natural life in prison or death row awaiting execution one day. Wake up people, we live in a POLICE STATE. The cards are stacked against you. All it takes is being randomly picked out to have your life taken and nothing happens to the “authorities” in cases like this. This goes beyond gross negligence. How long must the war on drugs continue? Why do so many accept this war with all the thousands of cases like this that have happened?
